Failure analysis and treatment practice for overhaul of Maerz kiln 1^#in Liugang

针对1^#麦尔兹窑大修过程中存在的问题,如窑壁结块、悬挂缸背部耐火砖烧损以及卸料平台上部料斗开裂等,对其原因进行了分析,并进行相应处理,解决了窑炉生产运行中存在的问题。

This paper analyzes a series of problems found in the overhaul process of Liugang’s Maerz kiln,such as the agglomerating in kiln wall,the burning loss of the refractory bricks at the back of the suspension cylinder and upper hopper craking above the unloading platform.The corresponding treatment is carried out,which solves the problems in production and operation of the kiln.
