500 t/d石灰套筒窑节能降耗技术改造与实践

摘要 对环形套筒窑引射器系统进行节能改造,在遵循高风压、强风速的原则下,保证风柱直径不变的情况下,改进驱动风系统,提高引射压力,提高强负压虹吸效应。该技术改造打破了行业内必须启动两台驱动风机才能满负荷生产的传统认知,实现了单台风机即可满足满负荷生产,降低了电耗和燃料消耗,提高了生石灰产量。 The ejector system of annular lime kiln was improved to save energy.Under the principle of high wind pressure and strong wind speed,the driving wind system was improved to achieve higher ejector pressure and better siphonic effect with the same wind column diameter.The technical improvment broke the traditional cognition that two driving fans must be started to produce at full load,and realized that a single fan could meet the full load production,thus reducing the power consumption and fuel consumption and increasing the output of quicklime.
