减少RH炉下部槽耐火材料消耗的有效方法

Effective methods for consumption reduction of refractory in lower part of RH furnace

摘要 目前RH炉用耐火材料主要以镁铬砖为主,本文根据某钢厂100 t RH炉现场施工的操作经验,介绍了减少RH炉下部槽镁铬砖消耗的有效方法,为企业的节能降耗作出了贡献。 At present,magnesia chrome bricks are the main refractories for RH furnace.Based on the field operation experience of 100 t RH furnace in a steel plant,this paper introduces the effective methods to reduce the consumption of magnesia chrome bricks in the lower slot of RH furnace,which contributes to the energy saving and consumption reduction of the enterprise.
