Professor Zhu Yongkang's experience on perioperative intestinal function disorder with traditional Chinese medical treatment in colonrectal cancer

结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来随着经济快速发展,生活水平提高,人民的饮食习惯及自然环境的发生变化,结直肠癌的发病率逐年上升。手术是根治手段。“大便习惯改变”为患者常见主诉,术前肠功能紊乱增加术前肠道准备困难度,直接影响到患者术后的恢复;术后由于肠道部分或大部切除,肠道吻合、直肠低位切除、超低位保肛等,导致术后患者仍有肠功能紊乱等问题,严重影响患者生活质量,且西医治疗手段单一、副作用多。朱永康教授将这些同归于结直肠癌围手术期肠功能紊乱,善于运用中医药治法,整体多元化的治疗。

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumour.Its morbidity is rising within years because of rapid economic development,improvement of living quality,changes both of diet habit and natural enviroment.Sugery is the radical curement.Altered bowel habits is the common subjective complaint.Intestinal function disorder added the difficulty of bowel preparation before surgery.After surgery,intestinal function disorder caused by intestinal resection,intestinal anastomosis,rectal resection,ultra low anal sphincter still affect patients living qulity.Modern medical curement is limited and has lots of side effects.Professor Zhu Yongkang attributed all thses syndromes to perioperative intestinal function disorder which he used integral and multiple traditional Chinese medical treatment.
