肝原发性神经内分泌癌伴乙型肝炎病毒感染一例临床及病理学分析

摘要 神经内分泌细胞广泛分布于全身各部位和组织,起源于肽能神经元和神经内分泌细胞的神经内分泌肿瘤(neuroendocrine neoplasm,NEN)可发生在全身许多器官和组织。其中胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤最常见,约占所有NEN的55%~70%[1]。发生于肝的神经内分泌肿瘤多为胃肠胰转移来的,而原发性肝脏神经内分泌肿瘤(primary hepatic neuroendocrine tumor,PHNET)非常罕见,且大部分患者往往没有明显的临床表现,因而发现较晚[2]。现对1例肝原发性神经内分泌癌(primary hepatic neuroendocrine carcinoma,PHNEC)合并慢性乙型肝炎(HBV)病毒感染病例进行回顾性分析,并讨论其临床及病理学特点,以提高对该病的诊断认识。
