摘要
福建某兔场发生兔呼吸道感染,初步判断为细菌感染。为探明发病原因,采集患兔分泌物进行细菌分离,观察分离菌的形态特征和培养特征,进行生化试验、PCR检测、测序分析、药敏试验以及动物试验。结果表明,该分离菌革兰氏染色呈粉色短杆状,伊红美兰琼脂培养基呈蓝色菌落;氧化酶阴性,无动力,硝酸盐还原试验阴性;PCR产物测序结果表明该分离菌与不动杆菌属同一分支,同源性达97.3%,可见,所分离的菌为不动杆菌(Acinetobacter spp.)。动物试验表明,分离菌具有一定的致病性,是导致兔患病的病原菌。药敏试验结果表明,该菌对四环素、哌拉西林和美满霉素等抗生素敏感,对青霉素、头孢呋辛和氨苄西林等抗生素耐药。
Respiratory tract infection occurred in a rabbit farm in Fujian, which was initially judged to be bacterial infection.We collected the secretions of diseased rabbits for bacterial isolation, observed the morphological characteristics and culture characteristics of the isolates, and carried out biochemical tests, PCR detection, sequencing analysis, drug susceptibility tests and animal tests.The results showed that the isolates exhibited pink short rods by Gram staining.The blue colony is cultured in eosin-methylene blue medium.It was negative for oxidase, kinetic test and nitrate reduction test.The results of PCR product sequencing showed that the isolate had97.3% homology with Acinetobacter.Thus, the isolated bacteria were Acinetobacter.The animal tests showed that the isolated bacteria had certain pathogenicity and were pathogenic bacteria causing disease in rabbits.Drug susceptibility test results showed that the bacteria were sensitive to tetracycline, piperacillin and memantine, and resistant penicillin, cefuroxime and ampicillin.
