Research progress of swine delta coronavirus and its detection technology

摘要 猪Delta冠状病毒是近年来新发现的导致仔猪腹泻、呕吐和脱水的肠道致病性冠状病毒,仔猪感染后有较高的发病率和病死率。本文简要概述PDCoV病原学、流行病学及其检测方法研究现状,以期未来对PDCoV感染的流行病学调查和疫情防控提供参考。 Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV) is a newly discovered enteropathogenic coronavirus in recent years, which can cause diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration in piglets. In this paper, the etiology, epidemiology and detection methods of PDCoV were briefly reviewed in order to provide reference for the epidemiological investigation and epidemic prevention of PDCoV infection in the future.
