湿喷混凝土配合比设计室内试验方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对现有湿喷射混凝土配合比试验方法的比较分析,提出新的试验方法。结合工程实例,取4种不同成因、不同岩性的砂石骨料,分别在室内制备100 mm立方体试件和在施工现场制备喷射混凝土大板,并进行抗压强度试验对比其差异。试验研究表明,室内拌制的喷射混凝土拌和物性能和抗压强度均能满足设计指标;现场喷射混凝土大板试验抗压强度略有增大;具有试验成本低、试验周期短、工作量少、高效环保等优点。因此,室内试验方法是可行的,可在工程中予以推广应用。 Based on the comparative analysis of the existing mix proportion test methods of wet shotcrete,a new test method is proposed.Combined with engineering examples,four kinds of aggregate with different genesis and lithology are selected to prepare 100 mm cube specimens in the laboratory and shotcrete slabs in the construction site,and the differences are compared by compressive strength tests.The experimental results show that the performance and compressive strength of the shotcrete mixture can meet the design index;the compressive strength of the shotcrete plate test is slightly increased;it has the advantages of low test cost,short test cycle,less work,high efficiency and environmental protection.Therefore,the indoor test method is feasible and should be popularized in engineering.
