摘要
分析了永宁县农业废弃物利用现状及存在的问题,总结现有农业废弃物资源化利用的成功模式,从政策扶持环节、利益链接机制、产业支撑等方面对农业废弃物资源化利用提出发展思路和对策。
In this paper,utilization status of agricultural wastes and its existing problems in Yongning County were analyzed;successful experience of utilization status of agricultural wastes were summarized;and from the aspects of policy support,benefits link mechanism and industrial support,the development ideas and the related countermeasures were put forward.
