文章简介了我国农村集体经济组织类型与法律定位,分析了农村集体经济组织有效运作的受限因素,提出了确立农村集体经济组织的市场主体地位,明晰产权、优化治理结构,强化农村集体经济组织的职能,建立规范的城乡一体化的要素流动机制等壮大农村集体经济组织的法律途径。

In this paper,types and legal position of rural collective economic organizations were introduced;factors restricting rural collective economic organizations from effectively operating were analyzed;and it was proposed that legal ways to strengthen the rural collective economic organizations include establishing the market dominant position of the rural collective economic organizations,clarifying the property rights,optimizing the governance structure,strengthening the functions of the rural collective economic organizations,and establishing a standardized factor flow mechanism for the integration of urban and rural areas.
