骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形对上气道形态影响的研究进展

Research progress in the effect of skeletal classⅡmalocclusion on the morphology of upper airway

骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形是临床上较为常见的错[牙合]畸形之一,患者往往开唇露齿,对口腔功能、颜面美观及心理健康会造成不良的影响,常伴有呼吸系统结构和功能的异常。上气道形态在呼吸功能、言语功能等方面起着非常重要的作用,上气道形态和颅颌面形态结构之间关系密切。正畸治疗能够改善骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者的颅颌面骨骼结构,上气道是其中的一部分,同样也能发生相应的变化。该文针对骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形的上气道特征以及不同的矫治方法对上气道形态的影响作一综述。

Skeletal classⅡmalocclusion is one of the common malocclusions in clinical practice.The patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion often have open lips and exposed teeth,which causes adverse effects on oral cavity function,facial beauty,mental health,and often accompanied by respiratory system structure and function abnormalities.The morphology of upper airway plays a very important role in respiratory function and speech function.There is a close relationship between the morphology of upper airway and craniomaxillofacial morphology and structure.Orthodontic treatments can improve cranial and maxillofacial bone structure of skeletal classⅡmalocclusion patients.The upper airway is a part of the cranial and maxillofacial bone structure and can also undergo corresponding changes.In this paper,the characteristics of the upper airway of skeletal classⅡmalocclusion and the effects of different orthodontic treatments on the morphology of the upper airway are reviewed.
