摘要
目的探讨黄芩苷对糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠瘦素、炎症因子水平及游离脂肪酸代谢的影响。方法选择健康雄性Wistar大鼠30只作为研究对象。造模成功后,采取随机数字表法分为模型组和黄芩苷组两组,每组15只。模型组不加以治疗干预,黄芩苷组采取黄芩苷进行治疗。饲养12周后处死,检查和比较两组大鼠leptin、FFA、炎症因子水平以及与FFA代谢相关血液指标。结果黄芩苷组大鼠leptin和FFA检测结果分别为(1.51±0.34)g/mL和(111.72±9.28)μmol/g,均低于模型组的(2.19±0.30)g/mL和(198.34±20.18)μmol/g。在炎症因子水平检测结果方面,黄芩苷组IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α检测结果分别为(0.25±0.08)ng/mL、(0.35±0.10)ng/mL和(2.58±0.74)ng/mL,均低于模型组的(0.50±0.12)ng/mL、(0.57±0.13)ng/mL和(5.20±1.13)ng/mL。在与FFA代谢相关血液指标检测结果方面,黄芩苷组MALONYL-CoA、ACCa-se和FAS检测结果分别为(2.34±0.79)mmol/L、(10.17±1.76)mmol/L和(9.79±1.00)mmol/L,均低于模型组的(3.62±0.77)mmol/L、(17.27±2.32)mmol/L和(17.15±1.51)mmol/L。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芩苷有效提高了糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of baicalin on the level of leptin,inflammatory factors and free fatty acid(FFA)metabolism in the rats with diabetes mellitus(DM)complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 30 healthy male Wistar rats were selected as the subjects of research.After successful modeling,the rats were divided into the model group and the baicalin group through the random number table method with 15 rats in each group.The model group was received no treatment intervention,while the baicalin group was received baicalin for treatment.After 12 weeks of feeding,the rats in both the two groups were killed,and the level of leptin,FFA,and inflammatory factors as well as blood indexes related to FFA metabolism were examined and compared between the two groups.Results The leptin and FFA detection results in the baicalin group were(1.51±0.34)g/mL and(111.72±9.28)μmol/g respectively,which were lower than the(2.19±0.30)g/mL and(198.34±20.18)μmol/g in the model group.In terms of detection results of the level of inflammatory factors,the detection results of IL-6,IL-18 and TNF-αin the baicalin group were(0.25±0.08)ng/mL,(0.35±0.10)ng/mL and(2.58±0.74)ng/mL respectively,which were lower than the(0.50±0.12)ng/mL,(0.57±0.13)ng/mL and(5.20±1.13)ng/mL in the model group.In terms of detection results of blood indexes related to FFA metabolism,the detection results of MALONYL-CoA,ACCa-se and FAS in the baicalin group were(2.34±0.79)mmol/L,(10.17±1.76)mmol/L and(9.79±1.00)mmol/L respectively,which were respectively lower than the(3.62±0.77)mmol/L,(17.27±2.32)mmol/L and(17.15±1.51)mmol/L in the model group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)in all the above comparisons.Conclusion Baicalin has effectively improved the therapeutic effect on the rats with DM complicated with NAFLD.
