摘要
本文在分析传统督导工作模式基础上,构建在OBE理念下,以学生为主体,以成果为导向,创新教学督导工作模式,包括五个方面:紧扣课堂质量进行专题专项跟踪模式、改进评价方式、加强师生交流、加强更新督导文件管理(包括重新构建教师课堂教学评价表)、线上线下结合,达到使教学督导工作不仅继续向着科学、合理的方向发展,提高工作效率,更加有力地促进本科教学质量的提高,为进一步加强教学管理出谋划策的效果。
Based on the analysis of the traditional supervision work mode, an innovative mode for teaching supervision work under the OBE concept has been built for students-centered and results-oriented purpose.The mode includes five aspects:specially tracking classroom quality,improving the evaluation method,strengthening the communication between teachers and students,the management of updating supervision documents(including reconstructing the teacher’s classroom teaching evaluation form),and combining online and offline to realize that the teaching supervision work is carried out both scientifically and rationally with improved work efficiency and more effectively boosted teaching quality for undergraduates.Thus,the teaching management has been further strengthened.
