治理体系和治理能力现代化背景下人际信任对政府治理效能评价的影响——基于CGSS2015数据的实证分析

The influence of interpersonal trust on the evaluation of government governance effectiveness under the background of modernization of governance system and governance capacity——Empirical analysis based on CGSS2015 data

民众对政府治理效能评价是政府治理工作以及现代化建设的实际检验,而且不同人际信任度的民众对政府治理效能的评价也是政府现代化治理进程中应考虑的关键要素。基于CGSS2015调查数据,运用SPSS软件对人际信任和政府治理效能评价进行模型构建及分析。研究发现,二者存在显著的正相关。政府应实时关注社会民众的人际交往环境、精准化治理因素,进而稳步提升政府治理效能。

Public evaluation of government governance effectiveness is a practical test of government governance work and modernization construction,moreover,the evaluation of government governance effectiveness by people with different interpersonal trust is also a key factor to be considered in the process of government modernization.Based on CGSS2015 survey data,SPSS software was used to model and analyze the interpersonal trust and the evaluation of government governance effectiveness.The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between the two.The government should pay close attention to the social people’s interpersonal communication environment and precise governance factors,and then steadily improve the effectiveness of government governance.
