新时代公共服务民营化过程中政府监管探究

近几年国内的民营化进程在不断地加快,以往政府的监管体制已经适应不了现行的民营化改革趋势,同时与行政管理的体制也难以相容。新时代公共服务民营化有助于提高政府的办事效率,降低支出,但不可否认的是,很多问题的形势依旧严峻,急需政府去解决,否则对社会的发展会带来不利的影响。论文首先探讨了什么是公共服务民营化、什么是政府监管,其次在民营化的过程中政府需要担任什么样的角色以及存在哪些问题进行了简要的探讨,最后面对这些问题政府应该如何更好地建设提出思考。

With the acceleration of the privatization reform of public services in China,the reform of government supervision has become an inevitable development trend,which is also an important direction of the reform of the administrative system.In the new era,the privatization of public service is helpful to improve the efficiency of the government and reduce the cost of government investment to a certain extent.However,there are many problems in the development of privatization of public service that need to be solved urgently,otherwise it will bring many adverse effects.This paper first analyzes the connotation of privatization of public services and government supervision,then analyzes the main responsibilities and problems of the government in the process of privatization of public services,and finally,in the face of these problems,how the government should better build their own thinking.
