Construction in and study on Smart Water Conservancy for Liaoning Province

摘要 随着物联网、云计算、人工智能、大数据等新技术、新模式的快速发展不断与社会各领域各专业深度融合,结合辽宁智慧水利建设的实际需求,文章分别从辽宁信息化建设的现状、智慧水利工作开展情况、智慧水利建设总体框架及智慧水利建设内容等四个方面进行论述,提出了符合辽宁特色的智慧水利建设总体思路与措施,对开展智慧水利建设起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。 With the fast developments of new technology and new model in internet of things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,big data and so no,and their deeply integrating with different fields and specialties in society,combining with the actual demand in smart water conservancy construction in Liaoning Province,in this paper,the author discussed four aspects about smart water conservancy including the current situation of information construction in Liaoning Province,work developments in smart water conservancy,overall structure for smart water conservancy construction and smart water conservancy construction contents,and proposed the overall ideas and measures which match characteristics of smart water conservancy construction in Liaoning Province.The results will be played certain guidance and reference roles for smart water conservancy construction.
