摘要
本文在二级EMI滤波器设计方法的基础上,研究电机驱动系统中共模干扰和差模干扰的传输路径,设计阻抗失配滤波器。在saber中建立了电机驱动系统仿真模型,在传导干扰测试频率范围内,仿真了系统初始干扰,只接入二级EMI滤波器以及接入所设计的滤波器后的共模/差模干扰,并进行对比分析,得到设计的二级EMI滤波器对系统干扰抑制效果的测试波形,满足相关标准规定的干扰限值,对电力电子装置传导电磁干扰的抑制分析具有重要意义。
This article based on the design method of two-stage EMI filter,the transmission path of common mode interference and differential mode interference in the motor drive system is studied,and the design of mismatched impedance filter is designed.The simulation model of motor drive system built up in the saber,the initial disturbance,connected to the two-stage EMI filter only and access the designed filter are simulated in the conducted interference test frequency range.The inhibition effect on the system interference of designed two-stage EMI filter is obtained through test,and it meets the interference threshold in the standards stipulated,also it is a great significance for suppressing and analyzing the transmission electromagnetic interference on power electronic device.
