摘要 描述一种能够直接将虚拟现实技术用于核电厂设计和实施过程的沉浸式虚拟现实交互平台,该平台研发实现了将设计过程中电厂三维模型数据和电厂二维设计信息导入并集成至沉浸式虚拟现实交互平台的数据中心模块,建立了用于工程设计验证的基线和场景环境。同时,为了实现将静态电厂模型扩展至全厂范围的动态验证,建立了本平台与设计分析器(类似电厂模拟机)的标准通信接口,并对沉浸式虚拟现实交互平台中的工艺参数和设备报警、参数显示和过程控制功能进行定制化的开发,实现了在虚拟现实场景中对仿真电厂状态的监视和控制。在此基础上,结合本平台与仿真主控制室,实现了电厂控制室与部分电厂就地区域(虚拟现实场景)的人因验证。 A platform,which adopts virtual reality technology directly into the design process of nuclear power plant,was developed last year in authors`institute.The 3D model of the whole plant which is developed and updated continuously in the design process by different design groups is transferred directly into the data center module of this platform to establish the engineering useful environment and baseline.Beside of the 3D data,2D based design information from different sources is also integrated into the data center module of this platform to facilitate the verification demands.To expand the potential implementation scenarios from static verification to dynamic validation,the communication between the design analyzer(a simulated digital model of the plant)and this platform is established as well.That makes the monitoring and controlling of the simulated plant in the virtual reality system could be achieved,and the alarm,display,procedure functions in this platform could be designed with dynamic features as well.In the implementation,various interaction manners including full body tracking system could be used.Beside of local area,the verification and validation of the coordination between main control room and local areas are realized based on the coordination of this platform and the simulated physical main control room.
