摘要
导线端子压接连接技术是一种被广泛应用于核动力装置反应堆保护系统设备内部,用以实现电气连接的工艺技术,它具有操作快捷、简便、稳定性高,几乎不受特殊场地和空间的限制的特点,但压接后无法拆卸致使压接质量不易被检验。因此,如何有效地确保压接连接的可靠性成为了制造工艺的技术要点。本文以导线端子压接连接技术的可靠性为目标,分析了导线端子压接技术的原理和关键要素,并参照RCC-E《压水堆核岛电气设备设计和建造规则》的要求开展了工艺验证,从而证实了导线端子压接连接技术在核动力装置反应堆保护系统设备制造工艺技术的运用可靠性。
Wire terminal crimp connection technology is a process technology that widely used in nuclear power plant reactor protection system equipments to achieve electrical connection;It has the characteristics of fast operation,simple and high stability,and almost not restricted by special venues and spaces;but it cannot be disassembled after crimping which makes it difficult to check the quality of crimp,so how to effectively ensure the reliability of the crimping connection has become the technical point of the manufacturing process.This article aims at the reliability of wire terminal crimp connection technology and according to the requirements of RCC-E“Design and Construction Rules for Electrical Components of PWR Nuclear Islands”carried out the process verification.Therefore,the application reliability of the wire terminal crimp connection technology in the nuclear power plant reactor protection system equipment manufacturing technology is confirmed.
