摘要
虚拟DCS实现了在通用计算机上运行实物DCS的组态算法,摆脱了昂贵的特定硬件设备的束缚,实现了空间维度的自由。同时,为满足科研、设计验证、培训等需求,本文提出了快慢速调整、冻结状态、保存和重现工况场景等时间维度功能的设计方法,让虚拟DCS具有时间维度功能,能够复现过去已发生的事件等。时间维度功能对于操纵人员培训、系统故障分析、事故工况分析有着重要的意义和工程应用价值。
Virtual DCS realizes the configuration algorithm of running physical DCS on desktop computer environment,gets rid of the shackles of expensive specific hardware equipment,and realizes the freedom of spatial dimension.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of scientific research,design verification,training,etc.,this paper proposes a design method of time dimension functions such as fast and slow adjustment,freezing state,saving and recreating working conditions scenes,etc.,so that virtual DCS has time dimension functions and can reproduce past events,etc.The function of time dimension has important significance and engineering application value for operator training,system fault analysis and accident condition analysis.
