电石炉电气参数测量技术应用实现全自动操作

摘要 通过对电石炉三相电极在炉内的电弧电流、电石炉内电极电流星接的电路原理及三相电极间的角接电流分布原理的分析并结合实际电石炉容量40500KVA电石炉电路参数的建立,通过测量每台单相电炉变的输入参数,计算出炉内的电气参数;推导了炉内参数的计算公式,并进一步通过模拟电路进行了验证。同时,根据炉内参数与电极操作的关联性,判断电石生产炉况,实现全自动控制操作。 In this paper,two kinds of circuit principles of arc current and electrode current of three-phase electrode in the furnace are studied.The star connection current of electrode to furnace bottom and furnace wall carbon brick,the analysis of angle connection current between three-phase electrodes and the establishment of circuit parameters of carbide furnace with capacity of 40500kva are studied.By measuring the input parameters of each single-phase furnace transformer,the electrical parameters in the furnace are calculated.The calculation formula of furnace parameters is derived and verified by analog circuit.At the same time,according to the correlation between the furnace parameters and electrode operation to judge the furnace condition of carbide production,the full-automatic control operation is realized.
