不忘初心、牢记使命,是党的建设的永恒课题和党员干部的终身课题。建立不忘初心、牢记使命的制度,形成长效机制,是推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的客观要求。增强党章意识,在严格遵守党章中叩问初心、体悟使命;健全理论武装制度,以党的创新理论滋养初心、引领使命;健全群众路线工作制度,在为民服务中锤炼初心、担当使命;健全权威高效的制度执行机制,推动不忘初心、牢记使命的制度落实落地,是防范背离初心和使命的风险,发挥制度优势,提升管党治党效能的主要路径。

"Remaining true to the Party’s founding mission"is an eternal topic in Party building and a lifelong pursuit for each and every Party member and official.To make it an institution and a long-term mechanism is a requirement for promoting full and rigorous governance over the Party.To prevent the risk of deviating from the Party’s original aspiration and founding mission,give play to the advantages of the system,and improve the efficacy of self-governance over the Party,we must uphold the Party Constitution in reverence,acting in strict accordance with the Party Constitution and bearing in mind the Party’s original aspiration and founding mission;perfect the institution of arming Party members with theories,nurturing the original aspiration and guiding the founding mission with the Party’s new theories;improve the working mechanism of mass line,tempering the original aspiration and founding mission in serving the people;and put in place an authoritative and efficient mechanism,implementing the institution in real earnest.
