新型肠内营养鼻饲方案联合蕊福平在ICU腹泻患者中的应用研究

目的观察一种新型肠内营养鼻饲方案联合蕊福平在ICU腹泻患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月到2019年7月在ICU住院时应用肠内营养期间发生腹泻的43例患者,按随机数法分为对照组23例,观察组20例,进行不同方法处理。对照组常规应用肠内营养乳剂,鼻饲泵匀速泵入60 ml/h,早中晚给予地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊2粒。观察组鼻饲蕊福平90 ml后,加肠内营养乳剂300 ml/h,间隔4小时再次同法使用。两组患者全天使用肠内营养乳剂均为1000 ml,1周后根据标准判断腹泻改善程度。结果观察组腹泻治愈率95%,对照组腹泻治愈率43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.84,P<0.05)。结论新型肠内营养鼻饲方案联合蕊福平可显著改善ICU患者腹泻的治愈率。

Objective To observe the effect of a new enteral nutrition nasal feeding protocol combined with REF-P1 on prevention of diarrhea during enteral nutrition in ICU patients.Methods 43 patients with diarrhea during enteral nutrition in ICU from December 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number method,23 patients were divided into control group and 20 patients in the observation group.nutrition emulsion throughout the day.After 1 week,judge the improvement degree of diarrhea according to the standard.Results The cure rate of diarrhea in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(95%vs 43%,P<0.05).Conclusion The new enteral nutrition nasal feeding protocol combined with REF-P1 can improve the cure rate of diarrhea in ICU patients.
