普外科临床手术患者切口感染相关因素分析

Analysis of factors related to incision infection in general surgery patients

目的分析在普外科临床手术患者治疗中影响其发生切口感染的主要因素。方法随机选取本院2017年6月~2019年6月期间普外科收治的550例手术患者为调查对象,采用细菌学方式对其切口感染情况进行调查,并分析影响患者切口感染的主要因素。结果经过对所选普外科患者调查显示,其中发生切口感染的患者为21例,发生率为3.82%。患者发生切口感染的主要影响因素为年龄、切口类型、手术性质和方式、手术时间等。结论影响普外科患者发生切口感染的因素非常复杂,因此在临床治疗过程中应根据患者实际情况制定相应的改善方案。

Objective To analyze the main factors that influence the incision infection in the patients in general surgery.Methods 550 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly selected as the objects of investigation.The incision infection was investigated by bacteriology,and the main factors affecting the infection were analyzed.Results According to the investigation of the selected patients in general surgery,21 patients suffered incision infection,the incidence was 3.82%.The main influencing factors of incision infection were age,incision type,operation nature and method,operation time,etc.Conclusion the influencing factors of incision infection in general surgery patients are very complex,so we should make the corresponding improvement plan according to the actual situation of patients in the clinical treatment process.
