摘要
目的对追踪管理法在静脉药物配置中心的质量管理中的应用价值进行研究。方法建立追踪管理团队,从系统和个案两个方面入手查找问题,以此对相关制度以及流程、控制质量的标准进行修改完善,并对工作人员进行相关的培训,避免再次发生不良事件。结果在追踪管理团队建立并投入使用后,明显降低了静脉药物配置中心的错误率,提高了满意度。结论追踪管理法在静脉药物配置中心的质量管理中的应用,相关制度以及流程、控制质量的标准等得到了有效的完善,错误发生率明显降低,提高了满意度,患者的用药安全得到了有利的保障。
objective to study the application value of tracking management in quality management of intravenous drug allocation center.Methods a tracking management team was established to search for problems from both the system and individual cases,so as to modify and improve the relevant systems,processes and quality control standards,and train the staff to avoid the recurrence of adverse events.Results after the management method in the quality management of the intravenous drug allocation center,the relevant systems,procedures and quality control standards have been effectively improved,the error rate has been significantly reduced,the satisfaction has been improved,and the drug safety of patients has been guaranteed.
