护理干预对三维适形放射治疗同步化疗联合热疗治疗中晚期直肠癌的效果观察

Effect of nursing intervention on three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and hyperthermia in the treatment of advanced rectal cancer

目的观察中晚期直肠癌患者三维适形放射治疗同步化疗联合热疗治疗时,应用护理干预的效果。方法选取我院接受三维适形放射治疗同步化疗联合热疗治疗的58例中晚期直肠癌患者,以奇偶数方式分组,奇数、偶数分别为对照组、观察组。对照组为常规护理,观察组为护理干预。结果观察组情绪、满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可缓解患者负性情绪,使患者在治疗期间保持愉悦的心情,对护理工作比较满意,价值显著。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of advanced rectal cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and hyperthermia.Methods 58 patients with middle and advanced rectal cancer who received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and hyperthermia in our hospital were divided into odd and even groups,and odd and even groups were the control group and the observation group respectively.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results There was difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,keep the patients in a happy mood during the treatment,and is more satisfied with the nursing work,with significant value.
