风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用分析

目的分析在儿科护理管理工作中采用风险防范式护理模式的临床效果。方法本院儿科于2018年1月开始实施风险防范式护理模式,随机选取实施风险防范式护理前收治的120例患儿为常规组,随机选取实施风险防范式护理后收治的120例患儿为研究组,对比两组患儿住院期间风险事件发生率及护理满意度评分差异。结果经过对所选患儿调查显示,研究组患儿风险事件发生率显著低于常规组,并且家属对护理工作满意度评分也明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在儿科护理管理工作中采用风险防范式护理模式可有效降低风险事件发生。

objective to analyze the clinical effect of adopting risk prevention nursing mode in pediatric nursing management.Methods our hospital of pediatrics in January 2018 began to implement the nursing pattern of risk prevention,risk prevention type nursing were randomly selected before treated 120 cases of normal group,randomly selected from the implementation of risk prevention type treated after nursing 120 cases as group,compared two groups of children in the hospital during the incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction score difference.Results a survey of selected children showed that the incidence of risk events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the satisfaction score of family members for nursing work was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,with statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion adopting risk prevention nursing mode in pediatric nursing management can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events.
