分析输血路径在临床输血护理中的应用效果

目的分析在临床输血护理工作中采用输血路径的临床效果。方法随机选取本院2018年11月至2019年10月期间需要进行输血的120例患者为调查对象,采用随机表格法将其分为观察组(n=60)和常规组(n=60),对常规组患者采用输血传统护理干预,对观察组患者增加输血路径护理干预,对比两组输血患者满意率,同时以本院15名护理人员为调查对象,对比实施输血路径前后其护理质量各项评分差异。结果经过对所选患者分析显示,观察组护理质量均明显优于常规组,并且满意率也明高于常规组,存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在临床输血护理工作中采用输血路径可有效提高患者满意度,同时对降低输血差错有积极效果。

objective to analyze the clinical effect of using transfusion route in clinical transfusion nursing.Methods randomly selected from our hospital in November 2018 to October 2019,the need for blood transfusions during the period of 120 patients as investigation object,by using random form it can be divided into observation group(n=60)and normal group(n=60),USES the traditional transfusion nursing intervention in patients with normal group,the observation group of patof the score difference before and after the implementation of blood transfusion path.Results the analysis of selected patients showed that the nursing quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,and the satisfaction rate was also significantly higher than that of the conventional group,with statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion adopting transfusion route in clinical transfusion nursing can effectively improve patients'satisfaction and reduce transfusion errors.
