综合康复理疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效分析

目的分析在脑卒中偏瘫患者治疗期间实施综合康复理疗的临床效果。方法随机选取本院收治的94例脑卒中偏瘫患者为调查对象,根据患者入院病历号将其随机分为常规组和观察组,各47例,常规组实施脑卒中偏瘫传统护理,观察组采用综合康复理疗,比较两组患者满意度和治疗效果差异。结果经过对所选两组患者调查显示,观察组治疗效果明显高于常规组,并且其满意度评分也明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在脑卒中偏瘫患者临床治疗期间实施综合康复理疗取得显著的临床效果。

Objective to analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation physiotherapy during the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods 94 patients with stroke hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly selected as the objects of investigation.According to the patient's admission medical record number,they were randomly divided into two groups:the routine group and the observation group,47 cases in each group.The routine group was given traditional nursing care for stroke hemiplegia,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation physiotherapy to compare the patients'satisfaction and treatment effect.Results:according to the investigation of the two groups,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and its satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion during the clinical treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia,comprehensive rehabilitation physical therapy has achieved significant clinical effect.
