一体化护理模式在肾病综合征预防静脉血栓中的应用价值分析

目的分析在肾病综合征患者临床护理工作中采用一体化护理模式对预防静脉血栓的应用价值。方法本次研究选取我科收治的64例肾病综合征患者为调查对象,采用数字表格法将其随机分为常规组和观察组,各32例,常规组实施肾病综合征传统护理,观察组实施一体化护理模式,比较两组患者住院期间静脉血栓发生情况和护理前后生活质量评分情况。结果经过对两组患者调查显示,护理前两组患者生活质量评分无明显差异,护理后两组患者生活质量评分均得到明显改善,而观察组患者改善程度更为显著,并且观察组患者住院期间静脉血栓发生率显著低于常规组,p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论在肾病综合征患者临床护理工作中采用一体化护理模式可取得显著的临床效果。

objective to analyze the application value of the integrated nursing model in the clinical nursing of patients with nephrotic syndrome in the prevention of venous thrombosis.Selection methods:the study of 64 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted in our department for investigation object,by using the method to digital form were randomly divided into normal group and observation group,32 cases,normal group,difference between the two groups of patients quality of life score,nursing after two groups of patients quality of life scores were significantly improved,and the improved observation group of patients more significantly,and the observation group of patients in the hospital during the incidence of venous thrombosis was significantly lower than normal group,p<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion adopting the integrated nursing model in the clinical nursing work of patients with nephrotic syndrome can achieve significant clinical effect.
