预见性护理在血液透析患者护理安全管理中的应用价值分析

目的分析在血液透析患者护理安全管理工作中采用预见性护理的应用价值。方法随机选取本院收治的88例行血液透析患者为调查对象,采用双盲法将其分为常规组和观察组,各44例,常规组实施血液透析传统护理,观察组增加预见性护理,对比两组患者并发症发生情况和护理满意度评分情况。结果经过对所选患者调查显示,观察组血液透析患者并发症发生率显著低于常规组,并且满意度评分也明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者护理安全管理工作中采用预见性护理干预取得显著的临床效果。
