摘要
学前教育发展的生命与价值在于其公益普惠性,积极推进普惠性幼儿园的发展对于学前教育公共服务体系建设具有重大意义。通过调研发现,普惠性幼儿园在发展过程中还存在着一定的问题,如办园经费得不到保障、教师职业动力不足、教师队伍专业化水平不高、办园条件简陋等。为进一步提高普惠性幼儿园办园质量,笔者从加大政府财政投入、增强教师职业认同、提升教师专业化水平以及重视幼儿园环境建设等方面提出了具体的建议。
The life and value of preschool education development lies in its public welfare,and it is of great significance to actively promote the development of inclusive kindergarten for the construction of preschool education public service system.Through the investigation,we find that there are still some problems in the development of inclusive kindergartens,such as the lack of funds for running kindergartens,the lack of professional motivation of teachers,the low level of specialization of teachers,and the poor conditions for running kindergartens.In order to further improve the quality of inclusive kindergartens,the author puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of increasing government financial investment,enhancing teachers’professional identity,improving teachers’professional level and attaching importance to the construction of kindergartens’environment.
