教育供给侧改革视域下大学生教育管理探究

Research on the Education Management of College Students from the Perspective of Educational Supply-side Reform

教育供给侧改革不仅需要从治理理念、治理模式和治理能力等方面建立完善的符合社会发展需求的教育体系,还要从社会需求角度探索受教育者全面发展的体制机制建设。以教育供给侧改革为研究切入点,阐释立德树人、人才培养和以人为本的重要意义及现阶段大学生教育管理存在的问题,并提出大学生教育管理的现实路径,助力教育供给侧改革视域下高校人才培养的理论和实践探索。

The reform of education supply-side not only needs to establish a comprehensive education system adapted to social and economic development in terms of governance concepts,governance models,and governance capabilities,but also needs to explore the construction of education-receivers’overall development system mechanism from the perspective of social needs.This article takes the education supply-side reform as the starting point,discusses the significance of fostering virtue through education,talent cultivation,and human-oriented,analyzes the problems in the education management of college students from the perspective of education supply-side reform at the current stage as well,ultimately proposes a path to fulfill education management for the college students in the new era,which is to explore the theory and practice for the training of talents in universities from the perspective of education supply-side reform.
