胃癌患者TNS1蛋白、PDK-1蛋白阳性表达意义及与临床病理特征、预后的相关性

Significance of TNS1 and PDK-1 protein expression in gastric cancer patients and their correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis

目的探讨胃癌患者张力蛋白1(TNS1)、磷酸肌醇依赖性蛋白激酶1(PDK-1)阳性表达意义及与临床病理特征、预后的相关性.方法选取112例胃癌患者临床病理资料,收集患者术后胃癌组织及对应癌旁组织病理学标本,行免疫组织化学染色检测.观察统计胃癌组织与癌旁组织TNS1蛋白、PDK-1蛋白阳性表达,胃癌组织中TNS1蛋白、PDK-1蛋白表达与临床病理特征及预后相关性.结果胃癌组织中TNS1、PDK-1蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌患者发生淋巴结转移与未发生淋巴结转移癌组织中TNS1蛋白阳性表达率相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌患者不同肿瘤最大直径、病理学分级、TMN分期、浸润深度及发生淋巴结转移与否胃癌组织中PDK-1蛋白阳性表达率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组织中PDK-1蛋白阳性表达者3年总体生存率低于阴性表达者,TNS1蛋白阳性表达者3年总体生存率高于阴性表达者(P<0.05).结论胃癌发生后PDK-1、TNS1蛋白呈高表达状态,且二者与患者临床病理特征有关,检测胃癌组织中PDK-1、TNS1蛋白表达对胃癌患者预后评估具有重要指导意义.

Objective To explore the significance of positive expression of tensin 1(TNS1)and phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase 1(PDK-1)in patients with gastric cancer and their correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 112 patients with gastric cancer were selected,and the postoperative gastric cancer tissues and corresponding histopathological specimens were collected for immunohistochemical staining.The expressions of TNS1 protein and PDK-1 protein in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,the correlation between the expression of TNS1 protein and PDK-1 protein and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in gastric cancer tissues were observed and statistically correlated.Results The positive expression rate of TNS1 and PDK-1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer compared with the positive expression rate of TNS1 protein in cancer tissues without lymph node metastasis,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the positive expression rate of PDK-1 protein in gastric cancer tissues,the maximum diameter,pathological grade,TMN stage,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer patients were statistically significant(P<0.05);PDK in gastric cancer tissues the 3-year overall survival rate of-1 protein positive expression was lower than that of negative expression,and the 3-year overall survival rate of TNS1 protein positive expression was higher than that of negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion After gastric cancer,PDK-1 and TNS1 proteins are highly expressed,and both are related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.Detecting the expression of PDK-1 and TNS1 proteins in gastric cancer tissues has an important significance for the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
