巷道大断面风桥安全挑顶施工工艺优化

Optimization of Construction Technology for Safe Roofing of Large Section Wind Bridge in Roadway

为了保证掘进大断面风桥期间的安全施工,缩短风桥施工周期,针对1~#风桥施工中存在的问题,对2#风桥提出了起底架棚法施工工艺。通过实际应用来看,该方法可缩短风桥施工周期8d,而且不影响贯通巷道正常使用,取得了较好效果。

In order to ensure the safe construction during the excavation of large section wind bridge and shorten the construction period of wind bridge,the construction technology of bottom lifting and shed erection is proposed for 2~#wind bridge in view of the problems existing in the construction of 1~# wind bridge.Through the practical application,this method can shorten the construction period of the wind bridge by 8 days,and does not affect the normal use of the through roadway,and has achieved good results.
