摘要
针对大断面巷道在开口施工时掘进效率低、难度大、围岩稳定性差等技术难题,通过研究对53032巷开口时采用分层聚能爆破施工工艺,并采取"撞楔超前支护+钢棚砌碹支护"联合支护措施。分层聚能爆破施工可有效降低爆破震动对不稳定围岩破坏作用,联合支护措施提高巷道开口时围岩稳定性,巷道开口速度提高至5.3m/d。
In view of the technical problems such as low driving efficiency,great difficulty and poor stability of surrounding rock during the opening construction of large cross-section roadway,the layered shaped charge blasting construction technology is adopted for the opening of 53032 roadway,and the combined support measures of "collision wedge advanced support + steel shed arch support" are adopted.Layered shaped charge blasting construction can effectively reduce the damage effect of blasting vibration on unstable surrounding rock,the combined support measures can improve the stability of surrounding rock when the roadway is opened,and the opening speed of roadway is increased to 5.3m/d.
