摘要 15113工作面机尾段推进至350m处时揭露F1断层,工作面煤壁破碎严重,回采速度慢,采煤机故障率高,顶板维护难度大。提出了仰斜法回采工艺过断层,并对断层带处采取"波雷因注浆加固+钢棚"等联合顶板控制措施,加快工作面过断层速度,提高煤柱回采量,减少破岩量,保证了工作面顶板的稳定性。 When the tail section of 15113 working face is pushed to 350 m,fault F1 is exposed.The coal wall of working face is broken seriously,the mining speed is slow,the failure rate of shearer is high,and the roof maintenance is difficult.The paper puts forward the technology of mining through fault with the method of upward inclined mining,and adopts roof control measures such as "boleyin grouting reinforcement + steel shed" at the fault zone,so as to speed up the working face passing through the fault,increase the coal pillar recovery,reduce the rock breaking amount,and ensure the stability of the roof of the working face.
