摘要
本文针对王庄矿630轨道巷和进风分巷的矩形、梯形、三心拱巷道进行了风量参数实测,基于实测参数利用Fluent对巷道断面风速进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:巷道风速由边壁向中心增大,平均风速分布曲线与巷道断面形状一致呈环状分布且与通风风速大小无关,该结果为风速监测器位置的确定和风量准确监测提供了理论指导和依据。
In this paper,the parameters of air volume are measured in the rectangular,trapezoidal and three-center arch lanes of the 630 track lane and inlet air separation lane of Wangzhuang Mine.Based on the measured parameters,Fluent is used to simulate the cross-section wind speed of roadway.The results show that the wind speed of the roadway increases from the side wall to the center,and the average wind speed distribution curve is annular distribution consistent with the shape of the roadway section and independent of the size of the ventilation wind speed.The results provide theoretical guidance and basis for the determination of the position of the wind speed monitor and the accurate monitoring of the air volume.
