摘要
为降低煤层内的瓦斯压力和突出危险性,石港煤业设计在15107工作面应用长距离定向钻孔预抽瓦斯区域消突技术。现场应用表明,各个钻孔抽采瓦斯最低浓度均在40%以上,瓦斯抽采纯量在0.5m^3/min以上,钻孔覆盖区域煤层瓦斯抽采率达到82.2%,抽采效果良好,煤层瓦斯含量和压力均降至突出临界指标以下,消突效果明显。
In order to reduce the gas pressure and outburst risk in coal seam,Shigang Coal Industry designed to apply long-distance directional drilling gas drainage area outburst elimination technology in 15107 working face.The field application shows that the minimum gas concentration of each borehole is above 40%,the pure gas drainage volume is more than 0.5m3/min,the gas drainage rate of coal seam in the area covered by boreholes reaches 82.2%,the drainage effect is good,the gas content and pressure of coal seam are reduced below the outburst critical index,and the outburst elimination effect is obvious.
