摘要
针对李雅庄煤矿单轨吊梁拿弯作业中存在的问题,设计了一种新型的便携式单轨吊梁拿弯装置及拿弯方法,对该新型单轨吊梁拿弯装置的结构结成、技术参数、工作原理进行了分析。该单轨吊梁拿弯装置作业时省时、省力、安全快速,提高了生产效率,产生了较好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problems existing in the bending operation of monorail crane beam in Liyazhuang Coal Mine,a new type of portable monorail crane beam bending device and bending method are designed,and the structure formation,technical parameters and working principle of the new monorail crane beam bending device are analyzed.The monorail beam bending device saves time,labor,safety and speed,improves production efficiency and produces better economic benefits.
