摘要
为了提升挖金湾煤业煤矿井下5136综采面掘进作业的安全性,提出了采用井下超前钻孔放水的技术方案。该技术方案采用了优化后的钻机布置结构,能够显著降低钻机作业时的不稳定性,同时能够将钻进效率提升10%以上,在挖金湾煤矿得到了广泛的应用。
In order to improve the safety of the 5136 fully-mechanized face excavation in WaJinwan Coal Mine,the technical scheme of using underground advanced drilling for water drainage is put forward.The optimized drilling rig layout structure is adopted in the technical scheme,which can significantly reduce the instability of drilling rig operation,and increase the drilling efficiency by more than 10%.It has been widely used in Wajinwan Coal Mine.
