北黑铁路龙镇至黑河段升级改造方案研究

Research on the Upgrading Scheme of Beian-Heihe Railway in Longzhen to Heihe Section

北(安)黑(河)铁路作为中俄边境口岸黑河市与省会哈尔滨沟通的唯一铁路通道,现状运输质量差,运输能力小,安全隐患多,不能满足研究年度客货运输需求,亟需进行提速扩能改造。北黑铁路既有线改造后,将承担快速铁路功能,故首先研究了100 km/h、120 km/h、160 km/h、200 km/h四种提速方案,从工程投资、路网协调性、运输市场竞争力等方面进行综合比较,最终采用了单线160 km/h提速方案。在此基础上,进一步研究了加站、电化改造、延长到发线、提高牵引质量等扩能方案,经研究,推荐在加站、电化改造(初期内燃过渡)的基础上,采用到发线有效长650 m预留1050 m、牵引质量3000 t预留5000 t方案。

As the only railway corridor connecting the Sino-Russian frontier port city Heihe to the provincial capital Harbin,the existing Beian-Heihe railway is unable to meet the development needs of passenger and freight traffic,due to its low transport quality,small transport capacity and potential safety hazard,thus upgrading of the existing line was needed urgently.Beian-Heihe railway will undertake the function of fastspeed railway after upgrading,so this paper firstly studied four speed-raising schemes,namely raising speed to 100 km/h,120 km/h,160 km/h,and 200 km/h.By comparing the scemes from aspects of engineering investment,railway network coordination,and transport market competitiveness,it was recommended to adopt the scheme of raising speed to 160 km/h remaining single track railway.Based on this,the capacity expansion schemes were further studied,such as opening more stations,electrification,extending to the arrival and departure tracks to improve traction quality.By research,on the basis of opening more stations and adopting diesel traction in the beginning of operation and gradually converting to electic traction,it was recommended to extend the effective length of the arrival and departure tracks to 650 meters and improve traction quality to 3000 tons,meanwhile reserving the engineering conditions of extending the arrival and departure tracks to 1050 meters and improving traction quality to 5000 tons.
