摘要
随着自动化技术的发展,为解决餐馆服务繁重的问题,提升餐馆的智能化,设计了一种智能餐馆系统。该系统包括智能点餐和自动送餐功能。智能点餐功能由语音模块和薄膜晶体管(TFT)显示屏组成,用以实现点餐、提醒、显示菜单的功能。自动送餐功能以KinetisK60为主控核心。通过OpenMV摄像头模块采集餐盘信息,使用模板匹配的方法对比信息,将信息通过串口传递给主控芯片。经KinetisK60处理后,对传送带的减速电机进行控制,同时控制机械臂上不同步进电机的动作,从而实现将餐盘送到指定的位置。该系统实现了自助点餐、自助分配餐位、自动配送餐食的功能,并设计有反馈部分,可通过顾客选择的菜品进行喜好与健康数据分析。该设计取代了大量的人工作业,实现了餐馆的自动一体化,提高了餐馆的服务能力及工作效率。
In order to solve the heavy workload of restaurant services and increase the intelligence of restaurants,an intelligent restaurant system has been designed with the development of automation technology.The system includes intelligent ordering and automatic delivery functions.The intelligent ordering function is composed of a voice module and a thin film transistor(TFT) display,which is used to complete the functions of ordering,reminding,and displaying menus. The automatic meal delivery function is based on Kinetis K60 as the main control core.The plate information is collect through the Open MV camera module.The information using the template matching method is passed to the main control chip through the serial port.The reducer motor of the conveyor belt and the different stepper motors on the robot arm are controlled to move the plates to the designated location by processing of Kinetis K60.The system realizes the functions of ordering meals,assigning seats and automatically delivering meals.Also,the system designs the feedback section to analyze customers’preferences and health data through dishes selected by customers.The design replaces a lot of manual work to realize the automatic integration of the restaurant,which improves the restaurant's service capacity and work efficiency.
