新时期我国企业家精神培养环境体系建设研究

Study on the Construction of the Environment System for the Cultivation of Entrepreneurship in China in the New Era

运用系统思维和研究方法,通过构建企业家精神健康成长的环境体系,营造激发和保护企业家精神健康成长的体系环境,来实现新时期企业家精神的健康成长和良好发展。新时期,为了我国企业家精神健康成长和发展,政府应该从法制环境、市场环境以及政策环境三方面构建企业家精神培养环境体系。

By using the method of systematic thinking and research,through the construction of the environment system for the healthy development of entrepreneurship,a system environment to stimulate and protect the healthy growth of entrepreneurship is created in order to achieve the healthy growth and good development of entrepreneurship in the new era.In the new era,for the healthy growth and development of entrepreneurship,the government should construct the cultivation of the environment system from the following three aspects:to build a legal environment for its growth and development;to build a market environment for its healthy growth and development;and to build a policy environment for its healthy growth and development,which is supported by the policy environment.
