摘要
基于区域特征和边界信息相结合的生物大分子图像分割实验系统。该系统能够准确提取冷冻电子断层扫描的生物大分子,从而提高冷冻电子断层扫描的生物大分子的提取率,能在实验教学中更好地帮助学生理解图像预处理和分割算法。首先,对冷冻电子断层扫描的生物大分子图像进行图像降噪、图像灰度均衡化和均值滤波,然后,基于区域生长方法对图像进行阈值分割,再应用Sobel模板边缘检测方法对生物大分子图像进行二次分割,实现基于图像区域特征和边界信息的图像分割算法,最后,成功提取出了生物大分子。该实验不仅提高了生物大分子的提取率,也为同学们进行图像研究奠定了基础。
An experimental system of bio-macromolecular image segmentation system based on the combination of regional features and boundary information can help students understand the image preprocessing and segmentation algorithm in the experimental teaching.The system can extract the bio-macromolecule accurately,and can improve the extraction rate of the bio-macromolecule.Firstly,the image denoising,image gray equalization and mean filtering are proceeded toward the biomacromolecule image of cryoelectron tomography scanning.Then the partitioning algorithm of image is made based on the regional and boundary information of the image.And finally the biological macromolecule is successfully extracted.The experiment not only improves the extraction rate of bio-macromolecule,but also lays a foundation for the students to study the image.
