Research and Application of Retaining Roadway along Goaf with Flexible Concrete

为保证坤龙煤业4102工作面第一辅助进风巷采用沿空留巷时,其围岩能够保持稳定,本文依据沿空留巷巷内支护原理,结合4102工作面地质情况,确定了沿空留巷的巷旁充填体宽度为1.2 m,设计了留巷时围岩控制技术各项参数,并在4102工作面进行了现场实践。矿压监测结果表明,留巷期间顶底板及两帮的最大移近量分别为398 mm和318 mm,沿空留巷能够满足安全使用要求。

To ensure the stability of surrounding rock in retaining roadway along goaf in first auxiliary intake airway at 4102 working face of Kunlong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the authors determine the width of the roadside filling body along the goaf to be 1.2 m and design the specific parameters of surrounding rock control.The monitoring results of field practice show that the maximum approaching distance of 398 mm between the roof and floor and that of 318 mm between two sides can meet the safety requirements.
