摘要
为实现综放工作面的快速回撤,以山煤长春兴煤业101首采工作面为研究背景,对比分析了无预掘回撤通道、预掘单一回撤通道以及预掘双回撤通道三种传统回撤技术的优缺点,确定采用单一回撤通道作为本矿井综放工作面的回撤工艺。针对矿井开采实际条件,提出对回撤通道的支护工艺以及回撤通道与工作面贯通时相关的安全技术措施,工作面设备回撤过程中,未出现支架压死、顶板大面积冒落和煤壁严重片帮的现象,有效地缩短了综放工作面搬家回撤时间,实现了工作面的安全、快速回撤。
By comparative analysis of three traditional withdrawal technology---non-preexcavating,preexcavating single and double withdrawal passage at 101 first mining face in Changchunxing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the paper proposes the single withdrawal passage for the fully-mechanized caving face,including the supporting techniques and the related safety technical measures in linking up the withdrawal passage with working face,which can effectively shorten the withdrawal time and realize the safe and fast withdrawal with no support crushing,no large-scale roof fall and no serious coal wall rib spalling.
