马道头煤矿8103采面采空区防灭火技术 被引量:5

摘要 为防止8103采空区出现遗煤自燃现象,通过在工作面布置束管监测系统,基于3#~5#煤层自燃特性及工作面特征,确定工作面采空区采用上下隅角端头设封堵墙+采空区注氮+喷洒阻化剂的防灭火技术,结合工作面特征进行各项防灭火方案的具体设计,并在防灭火方案实施后进行束管监测数据的分析。结果表明:防灭火技术实施后,有效抑制了采空区内遗煤的氧化,采空区内CO的最高浓度低于80 ppm,保障了工作面的安全回采。 To prevent left coal spontaneous in the goaf of 8103 working face,a beam tube monitoring system has been arranged at the working face.The author determines fire prevention technology of upper and lower corner ends sealed a blocking wall+nitrogen injection in the goaf+spraying inhibitors based on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of 3#~5#coal seam and the characteristics of the working face,carries out the specific design of various fire prevention and extinguishing schemes combined with the characteristics of the working face,and analyses the monitoring data of the beam tube after the implementation of fire prevention and extinguishing technology.Results show that the oxidation of coal left in the mined-out area is effectively suppressed,and the maximum concentration of CO in the mined-out area is less than 80 ppm,which ensures the safe recovery of the working face.
