店坪煤矿掘进工作面降尘技术应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 店坪煤矿二采区掘进作业时,工作面粉尘浓度较大,对安全生产及人员健康有极大影响;通过对掘进面及巷道进行粉尘浓度检测分析,得出粉尘主要是由于掘进机破岩工作以及皮带输送环节产生,并在巷道内风流作用下造成粉尘聚集、浓度升高;掘进工作面采用高压喷雾降尘、皮带输送机喷雾降尘、回风巷喷雾降尘等降尘技术,实现全方位除尘措施;采用改进的降尘方案后,掘进工作面粉尘降尘率达到80%以上,治理效果良好;实现了矿工安全健康作业,保证了施工作业顺利进行。 The large concentration of working flour dust in the driving of the second mining area of Dianping Colliery has a great impact on safety production and personnel health.Through the detection and analysis of the dust concentration on the tunneling face and the roadway,the author concludes that the dust is mainly caused by the rock breaking work of the roadheader and the belt conveyor link,and the dust accumulation and concentration increase caused by the wind flow in the roadway.The driving face adopts high-pressure spray dust reduction,belt conveyor spray dust reduction,return air lane spray dust reduction and other dust reduction technologies to achieve all-round dust removal measures;after using the improved dust reduction scheme,the dust reduction rate of flour dust in the tunneling work reaches more than 80%,and the treatment effect is good,which achieves safe and healthy operations of miners and ensures the smooth progress of construction operations.
