摘要
裕泰煤业15104综放工作面回风巷两帮为实体煤、顶板为含夹层的软弱顶板,采用锚网与锚索联合支护,支护参数不合理,巷道掘进过程中受相邻工作面回采影响,动压显现强烈,加之巷道断面较大,出现严重煤壁片帮、顶板下沉的情况。通过分析巷道围岩稳定性,对原支护参数进行优化,提出顶板采用短锚索+加强锚索支护,帮部采用锚杆+加强锚索支护。现场应用实践表明,锚杆、锚索受力稳定,巷道围岩变形量和顶板离层量均控制在合理范围内,对条件类似的综放工作面软弱顶板巷道控制有一定借鉴意义。
Aiming at the serious rib spalling and roof sinking in 15104 fully mechanized caving face of Yutai Coal Industry,the article proposes that the roof is supported by short anchor cables+reinforced anchor cables,and the gangway is supported by anchor rods+reinforced anchor cables by analyzing the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway and optimizing the original support parameters.The field application practice shows that the stress of the anchor rod and the anchor cable is stable,the deformation amount of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the amount of roof separation are controlled within a reasonable range,which has certain reference significance for the control of the soft roof roadway in the fully mechanized caving face under similar conditions.
